Custom batteries
At Battery Supplies we assemble each traction battery custom for the customer. For this we have our own team of dedicated technicians who are responsible for the installation of traction batteries every day. Over the past year, more than 82,000 traction cells found their way from Battery Supplies to the customer.
One of our warehouses is filled to the brim with traction cells, cases and all accessories. This way everything can be assembled quickly and according to the customer’s wishes.
Before shipment, the battery is measured and checked to have the correct voltage, capacity and water & acid level. If necessary, they will get a little more clotted, because we insist that our batteries arrive ‘spic and span’ at the customer.
Battery repair
Our Battery fix system allows us to renew old batteries. Whether it concerns batteries for drills, shaving apparatus, hand vacuüm cleaner, electric bicycles, rechargeable toothbrushes, dive lights, toys, mobile telephones, laptops, cell phones, cameras, etc.
The principle :
Every cordless device has its own model of battery, in this housing are welded rechargeable battery cells.
We keep the housing of the battery and open it, replace all old battery cells with new high-quality battery cells. We screw or glue the housing back in place and you have a new battery pack in the existing housing!
This saves a lot of money: sometimes up to 50% cheaper compared to the price of a new battery pack & even better for the environment too!
Maintenance technicians
We have our own service department for repairing and maintaining (traction) batteries and industrial chargers. We can perform capacity tests on batteries, regenerate them, and much more. We can do these services at Battery Supplies in the workshop or with the customer on site. The electronic department specializes in repairing all types of chargers: traditional or high-frequency chargers. Our technicians are ready for you!

Quality Control
At our service Quality Control, defective and poorly performing batteries are investigated and solutions are found by repairing or replacing them. A common problem with traction batteries are “accidents” with a too low electrolyte level or sulfation. In these cases, the batteries can usually be returned to workable state by charging / discharging techniques or by adding battery acid.
Batteries can also be fully tested and measured, this is very useful for warranty claims that may come in. All batteries from 6 volts to 120 volts can be measured and receive a corresponding test report.
The services of testing, replacement and repair of chargers and boosters is also a part of the Quality Control service.
Given the high technological expertise of our employees in Quality Control also courses can be followed here. In case of special projects of our customers, QC also often visits on-site at the customer.
