Lithium custom-made batteries
Need a special Lithium-Ion battery for a specific application? No problem! Give us the desired voltage (25.6 to 80 volts), the desired capacity (210 to 840Ah) and the dimensions and Battery Supplies will make a unique battery. For this we use 3V cells and our own developed BMS.
Lithium-Ion batteries have 3 main advantages: they can fast and opportunity charge, are completely maintenance free and have great cost efficiency.
The applications are endless: aerial work platforms, scissor elevators, marine, AGV, construction machinery, GSE (Ground Support Equipment), forklifts, pallet trucks, agricultural machinery,…
Batteries for renewable energy storage
The use of batteries for storing renewable energy for industry has been growing enormously in recent years. This is influenced by regulations, rising energy prices and grid costs, outdated grid infrastructure, power shortages due to large consumers and growing ecological awareness. These batteries are recovered in the following three areas:
The excess of solar or wind energy is stored and later used in case of shortages. This increases the company’s own consumption and less energy is injected and taken from the grid. This decrease is the most important profit factor of the battery.
Companies are heavily penalized financially for their peak consumption. A battery controlled by an intelligent EMS (Energy Management System) can smooth out these peaks (peak-shaving).
Energy prices react very erratically to general consumption, but also to the presence of sun and wind. This battery can store cheap energy from the grid to use itself at peak moments when energy is more expensive again. Optionally, with the addition of a dedicated EMS, key opportunities in the imbalance market can be taken advantage of.
Stationary batteries
As the name says stationary batteries are made for stand-by or stationary applications. They are used as a back-up battery for when there is a power outage.
There are many applications that are too important and should not fall without power, think of hospitals, alarm systems, servers, communication systems, …
We only supply stationary batteries in maintenance-free versions. Since these batteries are usually in separate rooms, maintenance would soon be forgotten, and these batteries also have a long service life.
